Located at the downtown Lausanne, the commercial building has five stories with 1,200 sq.m. of each, which houses many sections involved supermarket, medical center, offices, and gym. HDL Switzerland designed a complete solution for the whole building to control its shading, lighting, AC, video monitoring, intercom as well as background music.
